London, United Kingdom; 21 April 2026: Farizon is introducing a series of upgrades for the 2026 SV, making the award-winning large van even better value, more comfortable, and packed full of new convenience features. 2026 models are available to order now from all Farizon retail partners.

A new Core trim level has been added to the Farizon SV line-up, broadening the offer and enhancing the appeal to even more customers. Available in L1 H1 format with either the 67 or 83 kWh battery, Core models include most of the standard SV’s extensive specification as standard, including heated seats, a heated multifunction steering wheel, 360-degree surround view, and a comprehensive suite of ADAS safety systems. The step up from the Core to the existing range adds V2L technology, Farizon’s unique payload monitoring system, automatic wipers, and a heated windscreen.

The Farizon SV Core starts from just £39,000 + VAT, excluding delivery, ZEVG, first registration fee and VED.

Multiple upgrades
In the year since introducing the SV, Farizon Auto UK has worked closely with the product development team in China to implement enhancements informed by customer feedback.

For improved comfort behind the wheel, all 2026 Farizon SV models include six-way driver’s seat adjustment, including lumbar support, and reach and rake adjustment for the steering wheel. Joining wireless Apple CarPlay is full wireless Android Auto compatibility for improved phone connectivity.

Furthermore, a software update means drivers can now use the touchscreen to schedule climate control, allowing cabin pre-conditioning to make those frosty early mornings more palatable. The update also allows charging activation times to be set via the touchscreen, which helps ensure the SV is always fully topped up when its needed, and enables easier access to cheaper overnight energy tariffs.

Combined with smart inclusion of physical buttons for key functions such as air conditioning, driving modes and energy recovery, the updated SV raises the bar even further for driver ease-of-use.

For 2026, Farizon has also implemented a series of updates to the door locks and the alarm and immobiliser technology, significantly enhancing security. These upgrades resulted from close collaboration with Thatcham, and will lower the SV’s insurance rating, meaning reduced insurance premiums for customers.

The 2026 SV will also include a full-size spare wheel as standard on the flagship L3H3 model, while Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) becomes standard fit across the range (excluding Core models).

Providing customers with added peace of mind is the inclusion of four years’ worth of AA Roadside Assistance on every SV, up from the standard one year of cover previously included.

Impressively, all the ergonomic, technical and security upgrades come at no extra cost, with the standard 2026 Farizon SV range starting from just £44,000 + VAT, excluding delivery, ZEVG, first registration fee and VED.

Intelligent GXA-M platform delivers superior handling, comfort and agility
Manufactured to world-class quality standards at Farizon’s Shangrao Production Base in China, the V7E was developed using Geely’s extensive expertise in passenger car and commercial vehicle development.

The V7E is built on Farizon’s GXA-M drive-by-wire intelligent architecture. GXA-M utilises a cutting-edge dual-redundant steer-by-wire chassis system. This advanced technology transforms mechanical connections for braking and steering into signal interactions, delivering superior handling precision, faster response times, improved energy recovery stability, and a safer operational environment. This creates a more agile drive, ideal for the city landscape.

The electric drive assembly is connected to the subframe, enabling a weight reduction of 15 to 20 per cent. The V7E’s kerb weight is rated at 1,812kg for the 50kWh model, and 1,942kg for the 67kWh variant.

The V7E adopts a MacPherson independent front and a longitudinal leaf spring rear suspension system for dynamic driving in urban environments. The integrated lower control arm ensures optimal compliance and comfort when unloaded and assures high load-bearing capacity when fully loaded. The van has an ultra-small turning radius of 6 metres for greater agility. A U-turn can be completed in a single manoeuvre within two lanes.

Brake-by-wire technology ensures reliable and confidence-inspiring braking performance. The V7E is equipped with the same braking system architecture as the SV, featuring front and rear disc brakes. With safety in mind, the V7E’s braking distance from 50mph is between 26.81 and 27.37 meters when unladen, and between 31 and 33 meters when fully loaded.

The ONE-BOX intelligent electro-hydraulic braking (EHB) system adopts brake-by-wire technology with an integrated, lightweight design for smooth and comfortable driving, and a response time that is shortened to 180 milliseconds with no brake fading. The system remains unaffected by high altitude, low air pressure, or long downhill sections.

Born electric; built for business
Supplied by leading global battery supplier, CATL, and based on a 400V system, the Farizon V7E will be offered with a 50.23 kWh or a 66.67 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Both batteries feature a high-strength design, an embedded frame, upgraded protection, and enhanced safety characteristics. CATL’s battery cells use a high-safety lithium iron phosphate system, a high-strength pack design for group formation and an embedded frame, which results in increased safety and performance.

Ideally suited for urban use, the 50kWh battery boasts a range of up to 210 miles on the WLTP City cycle, and 149 miles on the WLTP Combined cycle. For operators with sights set on longer routes, the 67kWh battery can travel up to 295 miles on the WLTP City cycle, and 204 miles on the WLTP Combined cycle.

The V7E uses a VMAX POWER Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). The motor provides 110kW of peak power and 230Nm peak torque at 12,500rpm, which enables the V7E to reach top speeds of 75mph. Ideal for urban driving on congested city roads, the front-wheel-drive layout delivers strong traction and grip.

The intelligent packaging of the motor and skateboard platform enables an ultra-low cargo floor and larger cargo volume, while reducing the need for secondary steps. Cleverly designed, the V7E achieves optimised front-rear axle load distribution under full load and heavy-duty conditions, preventing front-end lift and ensuring greater driving stability.

With Eco and Normal driving modes available, the driver can adjust the setting to adapt the power response, amount of regenerative braking and maximum speed to achieve better efficiency.

With DC charging capabilities of 100kW, the V7E can fast charge from 20 to 80 per cent in as little as 18 minutes, while AC charging of 11kW enables the van to charge from 20 to 100 per cent from 4.9 hours. Drivers can schedule charging via the in-cabin infotainment system.

The V7E features vehicle-to-load (V2L) charging capability as standard, enabling users to charge external devices. Located in the cargo area of the van, the 220v three-pin plug socket supports up to 16amp (2.2kW).

Compact footprint, maximised cargo space and load capacity
When designing the V7E, Farizon’s engineering team focused its attentions on maximising the van’s cargo capacity and payload, with an eye on the rapidly expanding urban logistics market.

At 4,995mm long, 2,206mm wide and 1,985mm high, and with a 3,200mm wheelbase, the V7E is efficiently packaged for businesses operating regularly in towns and cities. More capacious and capable than other medium-size vans, it offers a class-leading 6.95m3 cargo capacity, class-leading payload of between 1,208kg and 1,338kg (depending on the battery fitted), and an ultra-low 500mm cargo platform.

The V7E’s PVC lined cargo area measures 2,730mm in length, 1,690mm in width (above the wheelarches) and 1435mm in height.

For easier loading and unloading, the V7E features 1,100mm wide dual-opening sliding doors and 270-degree opening rear doors. These allow forklifts to easily load and unload a 1,200mm x 800mm Euro pallet, with the van able to accommodate three Euro pallets in total.

A modern aesthetic with a design tailored for ease-of-use
The V7E features a design that balances dynamic styling with a steady stance. It benefits from a short 685mm front overhang that enables a fully maximised cargo volume and improves space utilisation. A 1,110mm rear overhang, a long wheelbase and a smooth waistline with curved surfaces completes a dynamic, forward‑leaning silhouette.

Striking ‘tomahawk’ LED headlights symbolise the courage to break limitations and forge ahead. The headlights are positioned relatively high, providing a greater range of illumination. Black decorative elements connect the headlights, creating a more focused look, with the added functional benefit of minimising panel gaps between the bonnet and the windscreen, improving the vehicle’s aerodynamic performance.

The V7E is also equipped with a unique geometric wheel centre design. The combination of triangular surfaces presents a three-dimensional sculptural aesthetic, with a round exterior and a square interior. Symbolically, this design echoes the vehicle’s overall character: approachable from the outside and easy to use yet rigorously engineered built-for-business robustness on the inside. The V7E comes with a spare wheel as standard.

Customers can choose an exterior body paint finish in Moon White, with Forest Green and Frost Blue available at an additional cost.

Comfortable and high-spec cabin
The Farizon V7E’s cabin has been ergonomically designed for all-day comfort and ease-of-use.

The two-seat cockpit features a class-leading 15 storage compartments, making it easy for driver and passenger to store mobile phones, umbrellas, large water bottles, coffee cups, documents and more. The centre armrest folds flat to reveal two extra-large cupholders, while a large 45-litre storage compartment is located under the front passenger seat.

A single generously equipped trim level includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Bluetooth, DAB radio, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 360-degree surround view monitor. A seven-inch full LCD instrument cluster displays key information to the driver, while one USB-A and one USB-C port are included to charge devices on-the-move.

The central control panel features physical buttons for simple operation of climate control. To keep occupants comfortable from first start-up to the end of even the longest days, the driver’s seat is ventilated and equipped with six-way adjustment and lumber support. The steering wheel itself is adjustable for reach and rake, and buttons mounted on the spokes mean drivers can operate and configure seat ventilation, intelligent cruise control and multimedia without taking their eyes off the road or their hands off the wheel.

For extra convenience, the V7E is operated with keyless entry and start. Drivers simply pull the door handle to unlock, press the brake to start, and shift into Drive to set-off.

Built-in safety
The Farizon V7E benefits from high strength construction techniques and the latest ADAS technologies to protect occupants and help lower insurance costs.

The van uses industry-leading 1,500 MPa high-strength steel across 65 per cent of the entire vehicle body structure, 25 per cent more than the industry average. The body delivers triple-point compression resistance up to 45,000 Nm to support a payload of up to 1,373kg. A 1.5-tonne load-bearing capacity ensures stable and reliable long-term full-load operation.

The V7E adopts a safety cage body structure, with body torsional stiffness reaching 31,488 Nm/°, the strongest in the industry. Standard-fit dual airbags and dual pretensioner force-limiting seat belts provide comprehensive passive protection for occupants.

The V7E meets the collision safety regulatory requirements of 58 countries and regions, including China, the European Union, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Southeast Asia.
